Ten 50
TEN50 is a boutique-style, 25-story condominium located in the heart of Los Angeles. Betko Inc. was awarded the contract to fabricate and install various structural and architectural steel components for the project. The scope of work included steel support framing for the window wall system at the 26th floor and the parking level screen, elevator divider beams and elevator guardrail support steel, steel bollards throughout the parking structure, roof access ladders, and metal grating.
