Betko fabricated and installed a range of custom steel components for the project, including the swimming pool trellis, penthouse stairs, lobby entry stair, and the signature halo canopy on the fifteenth floor. The team also completed the installation of elevator divider tube screens, elevator pit ladders, hoist beams, and a ship’s ladder providing roof access. Additional scope items included ramp rails throughout the property, CMU wall supports, elevator guide rail embeds, and handrails and guardrails at both egress stairs. To complete the project, Betko fabricated and installed pipe bollards and pipe guards across the site, delivering durable, high-quality solutions throughout the build.
